Creating every site, every team, every access by hand: weeks before the first file?

A large group’s org chart taken over as it is, with its companies, its sites and its exceptions.

Your sites come from the business register, your teams sign in with their usual account, and everyone sees what their rights open to them. You adjust, we do the rest.

On film

Even a very large group.

Four companies, twenty-four divisions, five hundred sites, thousands of people, and the life of an organisation: interim posts, departures, dual reporting lines, reorganisations. Watch Trustia take over the org chart of a large (fictional) group, as it is.

Example film, fictional group: the org chart builds itself, with its exceptions, then Trustia takes it in.

How your teams sign in

Your teams sign in with their company Microsoft account; accounts are created at first sign-in.

Your questions

What we are asked most.

Where do the org chart’s sites come from?

From your company’s active establishments in INSEE’s Sirene register, as shown on the French government’s Annuaire des Entreprises. You then add your own groupings: areas, branches, partners.

Which sign-in methods do you offer?

Microsoft Entra ID, Google, any identity provider compatible with SAML or OpenID Connect, and e-mail with password.

What happens when someone leaves the company?

With single sign-on, once their account is closed on your side they can no longer get in. Their files stay in the organisation, and can be handed to someone else.

Can the org chart be reorganised?

Yes: move a site from one area to another, create branches or groups of partners. Everyone’s rights follow the org chart.
