Building blocks · Reporting

Figures compiled by hand every Monday, and already wrong by Tuesday?

AI-automated dashboards: just ask, and they build themselves.

Dashboards connected to your files, updated continuously. For a new chart, a filter or a question, you write it: the conversation builds the dashboard with you.

01Dashboards

The problemThe week’s figures arrive in a spreadsheet, out of date as soon as it is sent.

Dashboards that are always up to date.

Files, promised premiums, paid files, payment rate: the key figures are calculated on your files, updated continuously, filtered by period, by region or by applicant.

  • Updated continuously
  • Filters by period, region, applicant
  • Several dashboards per team

DiscussionBuild this dashboard, ask a question

Add the files paid per area, largest first.

I’ve added the “Files paid per area” chart, sorted largest first. It follows the dashboard filters.

02The conversation

The problemEvery new chart is one more request to the IT department.

You write it, the chart builds itself.

“Add the acquisition type to the filters”, “show the files created per month”: the conversation changes the dashboard, explains what it has done, and you can undo it.

  • Charts, filters and sorting in plain words
  • Every change explained
  • Undo in one click

Discussion

Fill in the tracking file and the summary note for Monday’s committee.

03Exports

The problemManagement wants a PDF, accounting a spreadsheet, and someone redoes them every week.

In Excel, in PDF, and in your templates.

Every dashboard exports to Excel or PDF, with the chosen filters; the conversation also fills in your templates, tracking file or summary note.

A branch only sees its own row

Reproduction

04For the whole network

The problemEvery branch asks for its figures, and nobody should see the others’.

Everyone their own figures.

A network dashboard for management, the same one filtered for each region or each branch: everyone sees what their rights allow them to see.

  • Network view and branch view
  • According to each person’s rights
  • The same definitions everywhere

The film

Ask. The dashboard builds itself.

A request written in plain words, files read without ever being changed, a dashboard that builds itself, how each figure is calculated, then sharing: the Reporting block in forty seconds.

Example film, fictional data: a request, the dashboard building itself, how each figure is calculated, then sharing.

How it works

  1. 01Your files feed itContinuously.
  2. 02You ask a questionOr open a dashboard.
  3. 03The chart builds itselfExplained, reversible.
  4. 04You share itPublished, in Excel, in PDF.

Your questions

What we are asked most.

Where do the figures come from?

From your files in Trustia, read without ever being changed. Each key figure shows which files it is calculated on: period, filters, excluded files.

Can the conversation make mistakes?

It explains every change it makes to the dashboard, and every change can be undone in one click. Check the key figures before sharing them, as the tool reminds you.

Who sees what?

Everyone sees the dashboards and files their rights give them access to: management the whole network, a branch its own figures.

Can we fill in our own files?

Yes: attach an Excel, CSV or Word file to the conversation, and it fills it in with the platform’s figures, ready to download.
