Order of 17 August 2026 amending standardised operation sheets BAR-TH-174 and BAR-TH-175 and the associated “Coup de pouce” bonus “Major renovation of a single-family house or an individual flat”

ELI: legifrance.gouv.fr/eli/arrete/2026/8/17/ECOR2620460A/jo/texte
JORF n°0196 du 23 août 2026, texte n°10 · NOR ECOR2620460A

This order amends standardised operation sheets BAR-TH-174 “Major renovation of a single-family house (mainland France)” and BAR-TH-175 “Major renovation of an individual flat (mainland France)” by narrowing the scope of eligible dwellings to dwellings in energy classes E to G.

It refocuses the “Major renovation” Coup de pouce bonus on single-family houses in social housing, for dwellings not eligible for aid from the Agence nationale de l’habitat. It makes standardised operation sheet BAR-TH-174 conditional on single-family houses whose heating and domestic hot water production is fully decarbonised after works.

The provisions of this order come into force on 1 September 2026 and apply to operations committed from that date.

Your questions

What we are asked most.

Which texts do you follow?

Those that govern your files: decrees, ministerial orders, standardised operation sheets and bonuses, as soon as they are published in the Journal officiel.

How do we know if our files are affected?

We cross-check the text with your files in progress: operation sheet, commitment date, characteristics of the home or the vehicle. The affected files are listed, with what needs to be done.

What happens to files already under way?

It depends on the text’s transitional provisions, which we explain every time: dates, lists to send, old rules kept or not.

What have you already implemented?

For example e-invoicing, and a digital vault for carmakers. With each new obligation, we build it into your journeys and your tools.

Is Trustia an approved platform?

No. For e-invoicing, Trustia is the operator: it connects your tool to a platform approved by the French tax authority and runs the whole journey of your invoices; the approved platform sends them, with their data.
