What is a video check?

An inspector guides the beneficiary by video from their phone to check the installation, without travelling. Every capture is time-stamped and geotagged. The tool is developed by Trustia.

How does an AI check call work?

An AI calls the beneficiary, introduces itself on behalf of your brand, checks their identity, the works, their date and their satisfaction, then records the answers in the file. Over a million calls have been made this way.

What if a photo has no position?

It is rejected as proof, and the beneficiary is asked to retake the photo from their journey, which records the date and position when the photo is taken.

And if the check reveals an anomaly?

The file goes to an expert, with the proof and the reason for the anomaly: an address that does not match, works not confirmed, an answer that differs.
