Forgotten reminders, customers who do not reply, and replies lost in a shared inbox?

Automated e-mail and text reminders, replies read and handled.

E-mails and text messages in your brand go out at every step of the file, reminders follow on their own, and every reply is read, filed and handled: document received, out of office, question.

01Reminders

The problemOne forgotten reminder, and the file sits idle for weeks.

Day 0, day 2, day 5: reminders go out on their own.

The first message goes out when the file needs it; while the document is missing, reminders follow, by e-mail then by text. They stop as soon as the document arrives.

  • Schedule for each step of the file
  • E-mail, then text
  • Stops as soon as the document arrives

02E-mails in your brand

The problemGeneric e-mails that nobody reads, or that end up in spam.

One clear message, one button.

The customer’s name, the missing document, a button that leads straight to it: every e-mail is in your brand, sent with Mailjet to land in the inbox.

03Replies read

The problemReplies pile up in a shared inbox, and nobody knows who is handling what.

Every reply, read and filed.

An attachment joins the file; an out-of-office pushes the reminder back; a question gets a suggested answer; a refusal stops the reminders. Whatever is left goes to an adviser.

  • Attachments filed
  • Out-of-office and refusals taken into account
  • The rest to an adviser

04Text messages

The problemAn e-mail is not always enough, especially for an urgent document.

A text, when the e-mail is not enough.

A short text in your name, with a link that opens the journey at the right document. It goes out when the e-mail has not been opened, or when time is short.

  • Short, in your name
  • A link to the right document
  • When the e-mail was not enough

Your turn

The reminders go out. Reply as the customer.

Start the reminders for an example file, then write the customer’s reply: rules read it, in your browser, and decide what happens next.

Your questions

What we are asked most.

When do the reminders go out?

On the schedule you set for each step of the file, for example after 2 days, then after 5 days. They stop as soon as the expected document arrives.

Are the e-mails in our name?

Yes: your brand, your sending address, your colours. They go out with Mailjet, to land in the inbox rather than in spam.

What happens to customers’ replies?

They are read and filed: an attachment is filed, an out-of-office pushes the reminder back, a question gets a suggested answer, a refusal stops the reminders. The rest goes to an adviser.

Are the rules in the demo the product’s rules?

They follow the same principle, simplified: in the demo, a few rules run in your browser and nothing is sent.
