05Monitoring

The problemAn RGE qualification that expired last month, on a file paid yesterday.

Verified once, monitored from then on.

Every partner stays under monitoring: a certificate coming up for renewal, a qualification expiring, a notice in the BODACC, and you are alerted before the next file, not after payment. For energy renovation, the French law of 30 June 2025 against fraud involving public aid requires subcontractors and their qualifications to be named in the contract.

  • Certificate and qualification expiry dates
  • BODACC notices
  • An alert before the next file

On film

A company verified, from its name to its monitoring.

An example company, looked up by name in Sirene and the national business register. Its President and beneficial owners verified, its attestation de vigilance and RGE qualification checked, the national asset-freeze register in its latest publication, then monitoring. Then choose the type of partner.

Example film, fictional company: Trusty Rénov, its President (the holder of the official French ID card specimen) and a second, made-up beneficial owner; the freeze register in its latest publication.

Type of partner

An installer: existence, directors, an RGE qualification currently valid for the works entrusted, the attestation de vigilance and asset freezes.

Fictional company, made up for the example. No SIREN is shown: a made-up number could belong to a real company.

Sirene directory (Insee), national business register (INPI). National asset-freeze register, direction générale du Trésor (French Treasury).

Your questions

What we are asked most.

Which sources do you check?

INSEE’s Sirene register, INPI’s national business register and register of beneficial owners, the BODACC, VIES for VAT, the URSSAF attestation de vigilance, the RGE directory, API Entreprise and the national asset-freeze register.

Do you have access to beneficial owners?

Since 31 July 2024, full access to the register of beneficial owners has been restricted to the authorities and to professionals subject to anti-money laundering rules. Your partners’ beneficial owners are consulted within that framework, on your behalf.

How often do you check a partner?

When the relationship starts, then continuously: certificate and qualification expiry dates are tracked, BODACC notices come through as soon as they are published, and the attestation de vigilance is requested again every six months.

Can a whole network be checked at once?

Yes: a file of SIRENs, or your partner register via API, and every company is verified; discrepancies are listed line by line.
