A State aid funded by energy companies, deductible from the sale price, and nobody in your network knows how to handle it?
The energy premium, deducted on the order form, with no effort for your network.
Trustia sets up for carmakers the platform that processes the electric-vehicle purchase subsidies created by the State and funded by energy companies. The salesperson sees the premium in their configurator, it is deducted directly on the order form, and the platform does the rest: documents, checks, signature, payment, proof.

In plain words
The energy premium, in three sentences.
- CEE
- Energy savings certificates: the State obliges energy sellers, called « obligated parties », to fund energy savings. An obligated party can entrust this task to a « delegated party ».
- kWh cumac
- Buying an electric vehicle generates energy savings, counted in kWh cumac (the energy saved over the vehicle’s whole lifetime). Each sale therefore gives the right to a premium, deducted from the price for the customer.
- The file
- For the premium to be paid, each sale must lead to a flawless file. A wrong file is rejected at the check, and the money is lost or clawed back.
The problem.
What we put in place
The journey, step by step.
The network is connected as it is.
Group, companies (SIREN), sites (SIRET), agents attached to their dealership, regional clusters: the legal structure is taken from the business register and checked every week. A closed site is deactivated automatically.
Each company is set up in four steps.
Role, contact, payment account, mandates: the journey is blocking until it is complete. The bank details are read and their key checked; the mandates (invoicing on behalf of third parties, signature, CEE mandate) are signed electronically in a single send, each summarised in plain language.
The premium shows in the sale.
The simulator is built into the carmaker’s configurator and the salesperson’s workstation; the salesperson creates the file in a few questions: individual or company, tax notice, tax shares, income. A customer in the showroom can run the simulation on their phone.
The commitment is sealed at creation.
Commitment letter and contribution framework are generated, sealed and time-stamped, then sent. The calculation covers the transport sheets (new, used, business) and their bonuses; the scales are versioned, and the right grid applies automatically.
Each document is requested, read and cross-checked.
The list of documents adapts to the sale (new, used, company, leasing). Each upload is checked in a few seconds: tax notice verified through its official code, registration certificate read by several AIs, official vehicle history, order form screened. A compliant file moves on alone; exceptions go to an expert.
Signature and reminders.
A single signing ceremony at delivery groups the documents to sign. Reminders go out automatically, by email then by text message, until the missing document arrives.
Volumes, checks, payments and proof.
Each file is routed to the right obligated party’s budget, with an alert before it runs out; the regulatory check batches build themselves. Invoices are issued under mandate in the network’s name, in electronic format; payment instructions go to the obligated parties’ treasury by export and API, and every upload stays logged.

A real case
A French carmaker, its whole network connected.
A French carmaker rolls out the energy premium across its whole distribution network: several thousand sales outlets, independent companies and agents. Before the platform, files were put together by hand in each dealership, then checked by a back office, and some were rejected at the check.
Trustia built and operates the platform: network connection from the business register, mandates signed electronically, premium calculated and deducted on the order form, automatic check of each document, volume management with the obligated parties, invoicing under mandate.
Result: more than €600m in subsidies processed and deducted directly on the order forms, about €15m in savings for the carmaker (processing costs avoided and premiums that would have been lost), a network of several thousand sales outlets operational in a few weeks, and every upload checked in a few seconds.

Your questions
What we are asked most.
What is the energy premium and who funds it?
An aid that comes from energy savings certificates, funded by the energy sellers the State obliges to do so. It is deducted from the vehicle’s purchase price, and the sales outlet is paid for the file.
Do our dealerships need to know the regulations?
No. The platform asks for the right document, reads it, cross-checks it and explains what is blocking. The salesperson follows the steps.
What happens when the regulations change?
The scales and document lists are versioned: the grid that applies on the commitment date applies automatically, and the network has nothing to relearn.
How does the premium appear for the customer?
In the configurator, then deducted on the order form, with the commitment letter sent when the file is created.
How long does it take to connect a national network?
A few weeks: the building blocks already exist, the structure comes from the business register, and accounts are created at first login.
Do you work with our obligated parties or yours?
Both. Trustia is neither an obligated party nor a delegated party: the platform manages the volumes of the funders you choose.
