Each carmaker imposes its own CEE platform on you, with its rules, documents and deadlines?
Your carmakers have their CEE platforms. Your group deserves its own.
A multi-brand group lives with as many CEE processes as it has brands: different platforms, different readings of the same regulations, payment times that drag on and teams to train at each change. Trustia sets up a single platform for the whole group: one process, one tracking, one treasury to manage, whatever the brand.

In plain words
The words of the scheme.
- CEE
- Energy savings certificates: the State obliges energy sellers, the « obligated parties », to fund energy savings, including the purchase of electric vehicles. The premium is deducted from the price for the customer.
- Obligated party, delegated party
- The obligated party funds the premium; it can entrust this task to a delegated party. The group advances the premium to the customer, then gets it refunded by the funder.
- kWh cumac
- The unit of energy savings: the energy saved over the vehicle’s whole lifetime. It sets the volume of each file.

What we put in place
The journey, step by step.
One platform for all your brands.
A single salesperson journey and a single list of documents, adapted to the sale, whatever the carmaker. The salesperson chooses the brand, the platform does the rest.
The group’s organisation taken as it is.
Companies, sites, regional clusters, management: each sees their own scope. Access rights follow the organisation chart.
Documents collected from the end customer, not by the salesperson.
A link by text message, the upload from the phone, the check on the spot. Reminders go out automatically.
Each document checked automatically.
Entry on the obligated party’s portal disappears: the documents are recognised and the vehicle data comes from official databases.
Payment and invoicing.
Invoices are issued under mandate in the name of each company of the group. Payments go to verified accounts, with an export for accounting.
Consolidated reporting.
The group view for management. The same, filtered by brand, by regional cluster and by site.

Why a group platform
Not in place of the carmakers’ platforms.
We already operate for carmakers. The group platform does not replace them: it gives the group one process and one tracking, and works alongside each brand’s flows. You keep your funders; Trustia stays neutral.

Your questions
What we are asked most.
Our carmakers already have their platform: why ours?
Because a multi-brand group has as many processes as it has brands. The group platform unifies the salesperson journey, the documents and the tracking, and works alongside each brand.
Can we keep our current obligated parties?
Yes. Trustia is neither an obligated party nor a delegated party; the platform manages the volumes of the funders you choose.
How long does it take to roll out across our sites?
A few weeks: the structure comes from the business register, accounts are created at first login, and the building blocks already exist.
Do our salespeople need CEE training?
No. The platform asks for the right document and explains what is blocking; the salesperson follows the steps.
How are the premiums invoiced?
Under an invoicing mandate, in the name of each company of the group, in electronic format, when the file is validated.
